Recently, Hua Li of our firm already successfully handled patent agency practice license after one-year internship. As of October 31, 2012, there were already 12 members of the firm obtaining patent agency practice license. The number of patent agency practitioners of our firm already ranked the second place in Sichuan Province.

After establishment on October 28, 2010, Tahota Intellectual Property Rights Center also obtained breakthrough progress in intellectual property rights high-end legal services based on high-quality implementation of patent agency, especially for high-end legal services like patent analysis, intellectual property rights planning, international patent application (PCT) and intellectual property rights litigation where fruitful achievements were obtained. As for talent construction, versatile talents not only knowing technologies but also mastering law were intensively introduced. A great batch of masters of law with science and engineering background joined the big family of Tahota. The number of patent agency practitioners grew from 3 to 12 within two years. Besides, among these 12 patent agency practitioners, 7 were also practicing lawyers. Meanwhile, the number of lawyers having these two practice qualifications in the meantime already ranked the first place in Sichuan Province. We believed that Tahota would definitely realize continuous innovation and development in intellectual property rights high-end legal services and provide Chinese enterprises with most high-quality legal services based on favorable talent construction of Tahota Intellectual Property Rights Center.
